To be honest I could swear this staff member was an angle from above,for a start he was calling in the evening I could hear and understand him clearly also he was patient and wanted to get the things resolved. Thanks to him.

Being my very first time asking for financial assistance ever, I did not know about online communications, which canceled my payments. If the office just called me if I wasn't corresponding, things would proceed, but I don't seem to get any calls when they say what times they would call. My claim is in process again, taking more waiting time, allowing living expenses to grow.

Centrelink won’t help my wife with any support as she can’t work after an accident and ended up in hospital which made me take off work to look after her. Because they won’t HELP

Went to ask for help as my wife had fallen backwards and fractured a disc in her back. She was in hospital for over a week.

Now she's out, I've had to stop working to help her get dressed, go to the bathroom, and help her in and out of bed.

Centrelink won't help because we are New Zealanders. I'm so depressed and worried.

Super long wait on phone

Dam centrelink was on hold for over an hour then its press this and press that ...please repeat your crn (as though it's the key that unlocks level-you get to speak to human) I look at time and great I've been on hold since 10 am and it's now after lunch but I hold anyway bcs I've got no choice if I want to be paid thinking they'll have to answer soon then click - disconnected.

Wait time, unresolved issues after claiming to have rectified the problem.

Wait time is excessive, over 1.5 hours. I was told to contact the job provider regarding the stopped payment for non-compliance, but I had asked and been approved by a Centerlink customer assistance person previously.

I was advised by the Centerlink person that they would wait on hold for a brief moment while I called the job provider to allow a three-way conversation to avoid another two-hour wait trying to call back Centerlink. In that time, the Centerlink representative hung up. I spoke with the job provider and called Centerlink back. After waiting another hour on hold, I was advised they couldn't do anything because it was too late.

I called the next day, spoke with another representative, and was advised the exemption was granted and payment reinstated.

One week later, payment stopped again for non-compliance because no exemption status was received by the job provider. There are still unresolved issues after claiming to have rectified the problem.

I had an enquiry regarding my submitted forms. The representative was totally indifferent, merely barely answering my questions and asking if there was anything else that I needed. I could not even request a further clarification for when I may be able to receive a resolution for my enquiry.

Over 2 1/2 months ago, I went for a seniors Equity loan at Mayfield Centrelink, the young woman who I talked was very informative and I was told to go to Charlestown Centrelink in 2 weeks time .

Which I did, when I got there they didnt have my file on the loan, so I had to go over the whole thing again. Sadly the young woman there didnt have a clue what to do as she hadnt any training.

We muddled through but got there in the end.

I keep on getting messages saying my request is going ahead, but I really need the money know.

How do I get a person to respond to question, how much longer will I have to wait please

Need to speak to centrelink regarding a exeption from jobseeker requirements due to mental health dosabilitys.i have reports I have test results from 5 different doctors my psychiatrist psychologist telling centrelink in black an white that I cannot be employed due to my mental health but none listens so I'm being forced to look for jobs that I can't do..

About the Garnishing of my wages and how I was harassed for money during the lockdown's And another large amount of money I did go into centrelnk and say that I was not going to pay child support anymore but started to pay fifty dollars a week because I would like my money back

And instead of being called child support

It should be renamed sturmabteilung and hope that they rot

Taxpayer most my life and I can't even get help for the care of my parents who are both terminally ill with health issues

I can't even get help either online or when I go to a nearby branch. I check my online account and on my end says completed but no help comes out of it.

IV worked since the age of 13 and I am 43 years of age and have had to look after bothy parents who are both in their 80's with health issues and I can not get a single cent of Centrelink... It's appalling to say the least
