Had a fall at centre link a fracture to my knee no income comeing in at browns plains centre link missed a step

Had a fall at browns plains Centrelink fractured my knee off work for three months and more no income

Wait time is excessive, over 1.5 hours. I was told to contact the job provider regarding the stopped payment for non-compliance, but I had asked and been approved by a Centerlink customer assistance person previously.

I was advised by the Centerlink person that they would wait on hold for a brief moment while I called the job provider to allow a three-way conversation to avoid another two-hour wait trying to call back Centerlink. In that time, the Centerlink representative hung up. I spoke with the job provider and called Centerlink back. After waiting another hour on hold, I was advised they couldn't do anything because it was too late.

I called the next day, spoke with another representative, and was advised the exemption was granted and payment reinstated.

One week later, payment stopped again for non-compliance because no exemption status was received by the job provider. There are still unresolved issues after claiming to have rectified the problem.

I wanted to know where my last Centrelink payment was not paid? been in this matter to Centrelink for the last 1 hour and still no answer

Just want to know where my last aged pension monies are, I need to eat & live

I've never done anything wrong, I have always reported income before the due date, have attended all appointments, etc and still get penalised and told off when THEY are the ones being deceptive and lying.

My app and account said nothing due or no tasks required (such as reporting income) on Tuesday 22nd October and that my next payment is Thursday 24th (meaning my reporting date is scheduled for Wednesday 23rd. It hits 12.00 midnight and suprise suprise, I get the message saying report over due and it should have been submitted on Tuesday when it wasn't even available!!

The same thing happened when my provider didn't tell me when to attend an interview and the blamed me and my payment was suspended as it was today again due to no fault of my own!! I've complained and tried changing my providers and still nothing and I am always blamed.

I even have screenshots and proof.

Will await outcome of the request. Hopefully the issue will be resolved and I can get in to the next steps that I need to take

None of these numbers are for this area . And the vouchers only deal with merri bek . So no luck with anything there.

I had a couple of hundred dollars deducted out of my pension when there shouldn't be anything deducted

I have also waited nearly an hour for a returned phone call which I haven't received i was told 15 minutes then if they don't get an answer from me they will ring back 3 more times still waiting
